About the role
As an
International Marketing Manager, **you will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing and brand awareness strategies across Southern Europe Countries, in specific France, Italy, and Portugal.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that are tailored to each country in Southern Europe where the company operates (France, Italy, Portugal).
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends in each country.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement across the Southern Europe markets.
- Create and manage budgets for marketing activities across all 3 countries.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams and agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Creating and managing content (e.g. decks, blog posts, etc.), that is tailored to the needs of each country in which we operate and ensuring that it is consistent with our brand messaging and standards.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural norms.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, such as distributors, partners, and local authorities.
- Develop our influencer strategy in new countries. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.

What you'll need **- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Italian or Portuguese.
- 5+ years of experience in international marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in Southern Europe countries (especially France, Portugal, and Italy).
- Deep understanding of Southern Europe markets, consumer behavior, and cultural differences.
- Experience working with digital products and/or ecommerce.
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to support marketing strategies.
- Demonstrable experience in launching brand and communication campaigns.
- Creative mindset, ability to find innovative ways to increase brand awareness within budget constraints.
- Strong project management and analytical skills with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team management experience will be a big plus.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fastpaced and datadriven environment.
- Ability to travel within Europe.
