Role Purpose


This is a hands-on role that requires solid IT support background and includes frequent travel within the Southern Europe region, including but not limited to the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Cyprus.


What you will be doing

  • Implementation and support of Airport systems and Applications
  • Work with third party suppliers on implementation and support of airport systems and operations.
  • Installation and support of Hardware devices across Airport units in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Cyprus, and potentially other Europe stations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving general IT issues and system failures.
  • Implementation, upgrade and support of Core IT Network Infrastructure

What we are looking for

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
  • Knowledge of airport systems and/or IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining IT systems in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in software and hardware configuration.
