Tasks and Qualifications:
Misión:
Gestionar parque de máquinas a c orto Plazo, gestionando recursos para conseguir resultados, canalizando peticiones de clientes o del Departamento Comercial.
Funciones principales y responsabilidades:
- Gestionar entrega de máquinas LTR (Long Term Rental ) desde la Central, contactando con el cliente final y los chófere; unificando retirada de la máquina STR (Short Term Rental ) si corresponde para reducir costes y optimizar recursos.
- Rec ibir máquinas y materiales en la delegación, avisando a los departamentos/persona destinataria.
Formación, conocimientos & Experiência:
Grado Superior en Administración o experiência mínima de 3 años en puesto similar en departamento de alquiler, gestión de tráfico o planificación de suministro logístico.
Formación no Reglada/Idiomas/Conocimientos específicos:
- Office nível avanzado.
- PBI nível usuario.
- Compras a nível a vanzado.
- Avanzados conocimientos en f inanza s.
- Nível de Logística avanzado.
- Software de gestión de empresas con habilidades avanzadas (SAP).
- Avanzado nível en Ventas.
- Nível de Inglés avanzado tanto hablado como escrito.
Competencias & habilidades:
- Conocimiento del negocio y de la estructura de la empresa.
- Persona resolutiva.
- Capacidad de asumir cargas altas de trabajo.
