Position Overview

Are you an experienced technical marketer with a background in sustainability? Do you enjoy utilizing digital technologies to tackle global challenges? If the answer is yes, this role might just be the perfect fit for you. We are seeking an individual to join our dynamic team and assist our clients in leveraging Autodesk solutions to drive positive impact.

As the Impact Marketing Manager for the Industry, you will take charge of overseeing, enabling, and advising on marketing initiatives that drive the adoption of Autodesk solutions, specifically focusing on sustainable outcomes for our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction clientele. Your role will involve strategizing, content development, execution management, and guiding Autodesk marketers in delivering impactful work.

You will directly report to the Senior Manager of Industry Impact Marketing. This position offers flexibility for remote or hybrid work, preferably being in close proximity to a major Autodesk office in the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a sustainability expert in the industry with a deep understanding of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors
  • Collaborate with key partners across global marketing, sustainability solutions, and sales enablement teams to formulate marketing strategies driving the adoption of sustainability solutions
  • Partner with industry marketing teams within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction to provide guidance on thought leadership, product, and audience-focused marketing initiatives inspiring customers to make a positive impact
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of industry, product, and thought leadership positioning and messaging
  • Support industry-centric impact storytelling through the identification, creation, and sharing of stories showcasing how customers utilize Autodesk technology for sustainable outcomes
  • Supervise the creative development of campaign assets, ensuring content accuracy and relevance as a subject matter expert
  • Foster collaboration across teams to prioritize Impact at key customer events
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years' experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, sustainability marketing, or content marketing, ideally within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries
  • Demonstrated end-to-end marketing experience within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction fields
  • Profound knowledge of sustainability matters and enthusiasm for the interface of technology, design, sustainability, and social impact
  • Experience working collaboratively as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced setting

Salary Transparency

Salary represents only one component of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For roles in the U.S., the anticipated initial base salary ranges from $87,400 to $150,810, with offers tailored to the candidate's background and location, possibly exceeding this bracket. In addition to base salaries, we prioritize annual bonuses, commissions for sales positions, stock awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
