Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Online and Offline Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives both digitally and offline.
This role involves coordinating with external agencies to ensure effective project management in areas such as press releases, SEO, SEM, and SMM.
The successful candidate will also develop and oversee omnichannel marketing strategies, coordinate promotional events for the school, and seek out new marketing channels to expand our reach.
Additionally, they will oversee and lead our in-house team, comprising a designer, content manager, and social media specialist, to enhance our brand's presence and reach.
The role requires leading the research and development of comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies aimed at enhancing our reputation and increasing lead generation.
Knowledge of the higher education sector and research into programme and industry trends are essential for this position.Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage relationships with external agencies for seamless execution of SEO, SEM, SMM, and press releases.
Lead and inspire the internal marketing team, including a designer, content manager, and social media specialist, ensuring creativity and efficiency in all projects.
Monitor market trends and perform data analysis to guide strategic decisions and programme expansion. Conduct research and develop strategies to boost the school's reputation and enhance lead generation efforts. Foster an innovative environment that encourages fresh ideas and perspectives, particularly suited to the educational sector. Prepare and manage the marketing budget to achieve the maximum return on investment. Create and oversee comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Organise promotional events for the school to increase awareness and engagement. Research and explore new marketing channels to expand the school's reach and influence. Utilise knowledge of the higher education sector to inform marketing strategies and ensure relevance and effectiveness. Experience:
Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience.
Expertise:
Proficiency in marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Media Buys, etc.
Strategy & Reporting:
Data Analytics - Proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies and generate insightful reports.
Leadership:
Demonstrated capability to lead teams and enhance marketing performance.
Time Management:
Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple teams and projects effectively.
Copywriting:
Strong marketing copywriting skills are critical.
Team & Budget Management:
Proven experience in managing teams and budgets.
Professionalism:
A proactive and professional work ethic.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
High competence in managing projects and stakeholders.
