Portfolio Manager


Responsible for coordinating and supporting the initiatives of the Leadership Team Barcelona Capability Center and collate global initiatives in order to be able to monitor progress, identify dependencies and synergies, help teams in the product transition and enforce best practices across teams.

Owns the consolidated plan in Barcelona and collates the full plan for the Head of delivery centers.

The role supports GTO and stakeholder reporting as well as business case initiative creation and overall, Centers initiative prioritization process.


Your Role
As a
Portfolio Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Ensure that All Center Initiatives are well designed and planned. Also that they are executed across HR, Finance and Operations in alignment with the Digital Hubs Strategy
  • Help teams to build the business cases and strategies of the Digital Hubs development and evangelize the vision and productled planning through governance and alignment.
  • Ensure that the initiatives within the centres are value led, have clear baselines, timelines, KPIs, managed dependencies and risks, and measured outcomes that can be translated into a tangible Business Benefit.
  • Partner with the Personal Assistant to manage calendar to ensure relevancy of meetings with respect to strategy, reviews, travel, current issues, and internal and external activities.
  • Manage and coordinate all governance and operational aspects of meetings/calls e.g. management of agenda topics, briefings, and follow up actions coming out of them.
  • Manage Senior Leader's incoming initiative information proactively. Prioritizing recommended actions and providing briefings and analysis for consideration.
  • To design and develop appropriate material/slideware (talking points, briefing, etc) for presentational use at regular and adhoc meetings, seminars, public events, etc.
  • Work closely with the Communications Specialist on all aspects of communications activity for the superior from regular and adhoc briefings through to conference management to ensure consistency and clarity across messages.
  • Respond to urgent and timely requests for information, technical briefings and analysis.
  • Assist in valuation / measurements of key projects to ensure projects are delivered according to plan (schedule and within budget).
  • Analyze data and provide specialist advice to address specific queries to deliver appropriate solutions, in line with the organization ́s policies and processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and collate possible issues / opportunities and assist in developing / scoping solutions for these opportunities to support the achievement of strategic and operational business objectives.

Your Skills and Experience
As a**
Portfolio Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Experience in working with Senior Executives
  • High Level Influencer Internally Focused.
  • Strong proven track in Stakeholder and Relationship Management
  • Experience and sensitivity to global working environments and cross culture teams
  • Knowledge in, project management, planning and finance, and
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
