The Role's Mission
Our insights have inspired crucial Mondelēz decisions that impact what you see and hear in advertising and what you can pick up from supermarket shelves.
Mondelēz has an ambition to be the no.1 one global snacking manufacturer, and our support of this objective will provide our team with great exposure, interesting projects, and development opportunities.
This role is to service a relationship with client contacts with Mondelēz's insight teams, by managing and delivering impactful multi and single-country projects for a wide range of business needs.
We expect you to be able to drive client impact by enhancing the use of purchase panel insight, influence an audience and collaborate internally and externally to grow and develop successful relationships.
Key outcomes- Lead major projects by being responsible for the development and delivery of highprofile, multicountry insights and recommendations to senior Mondelēz stakeholders.
- Go beyondthebrief and deliver impactful presentations that utilise a variety of different data sets and sources
- Identify and develop new client relationships as part of our commercial development goals.
- Contribute within team supporting a culture of development and companywide workstreams taking on leadership roles where relevant.
- Support high functioning relationships with country teams, fostering improved relationships through regular connections, and mutually beneficial projects.
Your background will ideally look like this
- Minimum of 23 years of previous professional experience in Account Management (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a consistent record of building successful relationships with clients.
- Business proficiency in English (B2 Level required).
- Confirmed business experience with Excel (e.g., Advanced Functions; VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
- Proven knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and analysis.
- Strong data visualisation and analytical skills, through working with sophisticated data sets (preferably consumer panels' data) and delivering insightbased consultative projects.
- Consolidated ability to provide valuable client insights and present complex data clearly and incisively.
- Availability to travel.
- Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.
- Is proactive, optimistic, and willing to get involved to achieve the team's goals and objectives.
- Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work optimally within different cultural and technical environments.
- Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitate discussions constructively.
