Tasks in the role:
- Ensure articles are published according to internal deadlines
- Move articles through the various steps of our editorial process, making sure none remain "stuck" in any particular step for too long
- Coordinate with inhouse employees and freelancers to ensure all editorial steps are completed in a timely manner
- Anticipate production bottlenecks and alert the team to help us avoid them
- Keep all tracking sheets and project management tools updated with project statuses
- Report project status to team leaders
Who we are looking for:
- Strong administrative and/or project management skills (2+ years of experience)
- Handson experience helping teams sharpen their productivity and accomplish big goals
- Experience using Monday. Com (preferred) or similar project management tools
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, demanding environment, with multiple and sometimes shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
- Experience with/understanding of one or more internet marketing topics: SEO, paid search, social media marketing, content marketing
