- Assisting in various operational areas.
- Have proficiency in English and fluency in Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, or French.
- Possess prior experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Be willing to attend training sessions at our offices.
- Have flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of document management systems.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
