MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:


El/la Sales Executive se ocupará de gestionar las cuentas claves de la organización en el área de Forwarding y cuyo objetivo principal será captar y fidelizar nuevos clientes, así como asegurar el mantenimiento de las relaciones entre los clientes y la organización.


POSICIÓN EN EL ORGANIGRAMA:

Reportará al Director de Forwarding de España.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

Benchmark comercial:

  • Estudio de mercado y prospección de potenciales clientes.
  • Identificación de oportunidades de negocio para Logisfashion en el corto, medio y largo plazo.
  • Generación de Base de Datos, alimentación de CRM, control de su Pipe Line.

Mejora continua:

  • Definición y mejora continua de procesos, implantación KPI ́s de seguimiento y éxito.
  • Generación de nuevas propuestas de soluciones telemáticas e integración para la mejora de los servicios.

Comercial:

  • Captación, desarrollo y fidelización de venta de la cartera actual y potencial de clientes.
  • Generación de Informes de gestión de la actividad comercial: CRM corporativo. Reportarlo a Dirección Comercial.
  • Preparación y presentación de ofertas a nuevos potenciales clientes.
  • Organizar y supervisar la puesta en marcha e implantación de nuevos clientes.
  • Gestionar la relación con los clientes y búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio con los mismos.
  • Coordinación y trabajo con equipos multidisciplinares: gestores, sistemas, customer service, administración o calidad.
  • Controlar los estándares de calidad para las operaciones de la operativa.

Seguimiento de clientes:

  • Seguimiento de los pagos e impagos de los clientes.
  • Análisis de la rentabilidad del cliente.
  • Gestión de problemas e incidencias varias.

Requisitos:

FORMACIÓN:
Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Comercio Internacional, o similar.

EXPERIENCIA:
3 años realizando funciones similares en el sector del transporte internacional y aduanas.

OTROS:

  • Disponibilidad de viajar
  • Inglés nível alto hablado y escrito

Valorable otros idiomas:
francés, alemán, italiano, etc.
