Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve operational performance.
- Communicate the Business impact of Lean activities
- Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key stakeholders
- Implement and support cultural change across the organization
- Provide statistical and d analytical skills and expertise
- Provide Continuous Improvement expertise, professional advice and guidance to the business
- Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and actions necessary to ensure success
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization
- Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety of staff and visitors
- Ensure relevant ongoing learning and development of all employees in lean improvement tools and methods
- Develop and build a culture of engagement at all levels of the business
- Coach and facilitate teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the Lean strategy
- Communicate with stakeholders the impact of Lean Manufacturing implementation.

- 510 years of experience in industrial environment on the same or similar role
- Experience in continuous improvement projects for the industrial sector, experience in energy sector is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Available to travel
- Ability to identify and remove waste in manufacturing and process environment.
- Ability to recognize and implement the needed changes to let the value flow
