Position Purpose


The KAM Omnichannel Pharmacies will have a key role in developing the eCommerce business of those pharmacies in Spain that want to serve their customers across different channels online and offline.

She/He will be responsible for maximizing sales while developing customers' capabilities and BCH eComm and offline shopping experience.

He / She will report to the eCommerce Head working with key stakeholders from Sales, Brand, Trade Department & eCommerce Global team.


Major tasks and responsibilities of position (max. 10 key topics)

  • Direct commercial contact with Omnichannel Pharmacies and responsible for its business development in order to maximize sell in & sell out for Bayer Consumer Health Brands.
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements.
  • He/She is responsible to arrange offline visits to the customers twice a year.
  • He/She is responsible to ensure 100% assortment in the customers.
  • He/She is responsible to develop and execute annual promotional calendar within the customer. He/she tracks and reports activities.
  • He/she is responsible to ensure all content are up to date.
  • Execute plan, and deliver on KPIs and Goals to achieve for each customer
  • Deliver superior shopping experience at each customer both offline and online.
  • Analyze eCommerce metrics.
  • He/she is responsible to work closely with trade & marketing teams on designing selection strategy, NPD launches and promotions.

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success

in this position)

  • Education: University degree, Preference for Business and/or Sales related fields. Master in Digital Commerce is a plus.
- +3 years of experience in eCommerce and negotiation is a must. Experience in B2B eCommerce KAM in Consumer Health and FMCG is valued.

  • Commercial, customer focus, and resultsoriented proven skills.
  • Analytical skills, with experience in scenario planning P&Ls and/or eCommerce data analysis
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously and influencing people across teams
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives with mínimal supervision
  • Exhibits superb attention to detail
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Brings a highenergy attitude and embodies perseverance in daily work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capability to adapt to audience specifics.
  • Fluent in Spanish & English required
