Las funciones a desempeñar son:
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias, políticas y procedimientos locales de RR.HH.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de
KPI:
- Planificación de personal y adaptación del volumen de proyectos (aumento o disminución), apoyando en la reorganización o reestructuración de equipos cuando sea necesario.
- Desarrollar competencias de asociados y liderazgo a través de la búsqueda de talentos, el desarrollo de asociados y liderazgo y la gestión de la capacitación.
- Identificar y desarrollar talentos futuros para la sucesión en roles de liderazgo y expertos.
- Conocer, comprender y aplicar las leyes y regulaciones laborales pertinentes, así como brindar orientación a supervisores y gerentes para asegurar su cumplimiento.
- Asegurar que los supervisores, gerentes y otras partes interesadas estén conscientes de cualquier riesgo crítico para el personal, y desarrollar e impulsar planes de acción para mitigar estos riesgos.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en recursos humanos o campo afín.
- De ocho a diez años de experiencia en gestión de recursos humanos y derecho laboral.
- Nivel de inglés alto
- Con mentalidad estratégica, capaz de funcionar como socio del negocio.
- Se prefiere experiencia en un entorno global.
- Se prefiere experiencia en el apoyo a una población de asociados geográficamente dispersa.
