The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in A Coruña. As the primary point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional service to employees and guests, and supporting our HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the A Coruña office, ensuring a smooth and efficient business process.
- Coordinate front desk/reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and handling deliveries.
- Manage travel bookings for employees and review travel expense claims.
- Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site activities, such as company events, celebrations, and conferences.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office and facility management vendors and related service providers.
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the software industry.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Proficient in the use of Google Suite and MS Office.
