creatividad y conceptualización de estrategias comerciales que tiene como objetivo la motivación, compensación o reconocimiento. Viajes de incentivos, eventos y convecciones donde los asistentes participan en actividades de ocio y experiências emocionales.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?
_


  • Planificación y gestión de proyectos del sector Healthcare; congresos médicos, formaciones, seminarios, strategic meetings, lanzamientos de productos, reuniones de ciclo, inscripciones a congresos etc.
  • Gestión de asistentes individuales o en grupo a congresos nacionales e internacionales, (Ponentes, profesionales del sector médico, delegados de ventas, visitadores médicos, redes comerciales ).
  • Experiência en la realización de prospecciones y desarrollo de eventos On site.
  • Experiência en la aplicación de los criterios de compliance sujetos a la organización de eventos del sector Cuidado de la salud y buenas prácticas en la industria M&E. HMCC (Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate)
  • Conocimiento y cumplimiento del código ético de buenas prácticas Fenin y farmaindustría.
  • Gestión de cuentas de clientes supeditadas a complejas normativas, procedimientos de clientes, aprobaciones de pedidos, códigos propios, códigos deontológicos del sector, y un alto nível de exigencia por parte de los organizadores de eventos y de sus redes de ventas.
  • Experiência en la gestión de proyectos a través de plataformas digitales.
  • Experiência en reporting y análisis de la actividad de las cuentas de clientes garantizando la calidad de los datos y cumplimiento la Ley de Transparencia.
  • Habituado a desempeñar las funciones sujetas a parámetros de productividad, agilidad, eficiencia en procesos y cumplimiento de las KPIs marcadas por cada cuenta y por Life Science M&EA Division.
  • Selección de proveedores y gestión de reservas acorde a las necesidades del clientes, destino y presupuesto, priorizando proveedores Sostenibles con el medio ambiente.
  • Servicio de consultoría, escuchando las necesidades del cliente y asesorando sobre las mejores opciones para el desarrollo del proyecto.
  • Elaboración de propuestas, presupuestos y negociación con proveedores para obtener las mejores condiciones para las cuentas de clientes.
  • Gestión contratos con clientes y proveedores implicados en cada proyecto.
  • Aplicación de metodología de trabajo marcada por Life Science M&EA Dvision.
  • Gestión y relación con el cliente durante todo el ciclo del proyecto. Experiência en desarrollo de prospecciones, así como liderazgo y ejecución el día del evento.
  • Elaboración de cierres de proyectos aplicando las técnicas y procesos administrativos (aprobaciones de pedidos, gestión de prepagos, ciclo de autorizaciones, facturas cumpliendo fechas de cierre, condiciones de pago clientes ).

  • Experiência mínima de 5 años desarrollando las funciones descritas.
  • Experiência acreditada en la gestión de clientes en el sector Life Science.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral / escrita con clientes.
  • Excelencia en la atención al cliente, nível de servicio y cuidado de los detalles.
  • Actitud resolutiva y proactiva, anticipándose a problemas y proponiendo soluciones.
  • Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión, establecer prioridades y cumplir con fechas determinadas.
  • Experiência trabajando en equipo, fomentando la diversidad y carácter inclusivo.
  • Perfil dinámico, metódico, y con habilidades organizativas.
