creatividad y conceptualización de estrategias comerciales que tiene como objetivo la motivación, compensación o reconocimiento. Viajes de incentivos, eventos y convecciones donde los asistentes participan en actividades de ocio y experiências emocionales.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?
_


  • Experto en consultoría y asesoría en Eventos de presentaciones y lanzamientos de producto (División Mice).
  • Análisis y conocimiento del posicionamiento de la marca, el producto y a los consumidores
  • Analizar y conocimiento de la visión y misión de la marca y producto.
  • Conocer elementos de la marca en planes y estrategias de lanzamiento de la marca al mercado
  • Liderar y asesorar sobre el desarrollo creativo para motivar al público objetivo a "llevar a cabo acciones"
  • Experiência en la realización de prospecciones y desarrollo de eventos On site.
  • Experiência en la aplicación de los criterios de compliance sujetos a la organización de eventos del sector Cuidado de la salud y buenas prácticas en la industria MICE. HMCC (Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate)
  • Conocimiento y cumplimiento del código ético de buenas prácticas Fenin y farmaindustría.
  • Gestión de cuentas de clientes supeditadas a complejas normativas, procedimientos de clientes, aprobaciones de pedidos, códigos propios, códigos deontológicos del sector, y un alto nível de exigencia por parte de los organizadores de eventos y de sus redes de ventas
  • Experiência en reporting y análisis de la actividad de las cuentas de clientes garantizando la calidad de los datos y cumplimiento la Ley de Transparencia.
  • Gestión Base de datos y proyecto comerciales 360o.
  • Registro y análisis de acciones comerciales a través de la plataforma de CRM (Proyectos, Lead, Oportunidades, cuentas etc).
  • Perfil habituado a trabajar con Objetivos comerciales y aplicación de estrategias establecidas para el cumplimiento de los mismos.
  • Análisis crossselling negocio con clientes división Business Travel para general nuevas oportunidades de negocio en la división Mice.
  • Liderazgo y desarrollo de reuniones, campañas y acciones comerciales.
  • Análisis y estudio de briefings de clientes para elaborar propuestas a medidas en cada experiência.
  • Análisis estratégico de propuestas y pricings para ofrecer los mejores productos calidadprecioprograma, así como las mejores alternativas que el cliente pueda elegir la propuesta que mejor se adapta a su estrategia de marca.
  • Presentación de propuestas con grandes conocimientos y grandes dosis de creatividad para ofrecer a los clientes la mayor oferta de valor.
  • Amplio conocimiento en destinos visitados tanto nacionales como internacionales.
  • Experiência en desarrollo de prospecciones, así como liderazgo y ejecución on site del viaje de incentivo o evento.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência de 5 años o más desarrollando las funciones descritas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral / escrita con clientes.
  • Excelencia en la atención al cliente, nível de servicio y cuidado de los detalles.
  • Actitud resolutiva y proactiva, anticipándose a problemas y proponiendo soluciones.
  • Habilidad y experiência en toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión, establecer prioridades y cumplir con fechas determinadas.
  • Perfil dinámico, metódico, con habilidades organizativas y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo facilitando la colaboración entre compañeros
  • Se valorarán experiência en todas las áreas del sector Mice.
