Role Description:
Zinforo & Anti-ínfectives launch brands CBL Jr.

will be report to the Hospital Marketing Lead in Spain and will be responsible for the design of brand strategy & operational plan to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the business area.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Hospital Therapeutic Area supporting to grow and expand business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Finance

  • Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets of their projects, developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning.
  • Develop analysis to manage competitors' evolution and impact on the reference market.
Business Strategy

  • Colead large XFT team for Zinforo and develop the operational plan.
  • Support on the execution of Anti-Infectives Portfolio plan.
  • Steers the development and implementation of bestinclass customer strategies that meet business needs in the country.
  • Lead MKT materials, accountable for GMCA with "Mkt owner" role.
  • Lead Congresses and meetings key messages and tactical plan.
  • Supplement core programs with additional activities required as necessary to meet customer needs and drive growth.
Customer facing

  • Coordinate plan with customer facing colleagues including sales, medical, MSLs, Access, KAMs, Health Solution Partners
  • Deep understanding of the local customer marketplace.
  • Ability to refine activities based on customer insights collection and market challenges understanding.
Culture- Leadership of activities across functions (medical, sales, and access), where collaboration is needed to achieve success.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, codes of practice, and SOPs across all marketing plans and activities.
  • Actively support a positive team culture.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience

  • University degree (preferred scientific and marketing background)
- +3 years of marketing experience, and anti-infective expertise will be valuable.

  • Deep knowledge of the local pharmaceutical market and healthcare environment.
  • Strong strategic mindset, analytic and business acumen, and always patientfirst mindset.
  • Ability to develop a customer value proposition and messaging to drive brand revenues.
  • Proven ability to facilitate open discussion and debate amongst key stakeholders and build internal and external relationships through partnering, anticipating needs, and fulfilling expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proactivity and positive "Can do attitude" with selfmotivation, energy and drive owning the Pfizer values.
