We are constantly seeking exceptional talent to join our dynamic and diverse team While we may not currently have an open vacancy for the Sales Executive SE role we are opening a dedicated pipeline to connect with talented professionals who are interested in future opportunities with our organisation

The ideal Sales Executive is a hungry perseverant and focused Spanish speaker who is not afraid to hit the phone to engage with new customers and grow our sales You will showcase excellent communication relationship and negotiation skills with our clients and future clients in the Benelux market

As a Sales Executive you will need to:

Prospect your outbound own leads in the Spanish market Manage all the inbound leads in the Spanish market Present demos scheduled by the Sales Development Representative to potential clients and do the followup until closing the dealnbsp; Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that TravelPerk provides Follow the full sales cycle Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce Become an expert in TravelPerk Ability to conduct a highlevel discussion with a broad variety of stakeholders from Office Managers to CFOs to explain the TravelPerk Value Proposition Requirements: Being a native Spanish speaker with a high level of Englishnbsp;Excellent communication and presentation skills in both languagesSolid experience working in a Sales position preferably phone based and with a high percentage of hunting involvedProven track of success throughout several consecutive FY within a fastpaced environmentGood understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycleHungry and ambitious yet ethical and soundAble to work as an individual contributor but bearing in mind you are part of a teamCustomercentric mindset Nice to have: Previous experience selling SaaS productsStartup experienceExperience in the travel industryKnowledge of Salesforce or similar On top of that you will only be the right candidate if you are: Honest open and trustworthy: your peers and managers can trust you You are a team player dont play political games and care more about the teams success than about your own career gainsFocused and determined: You dont let yourself be distracted You can focus on accomplishing big wins and dont get lost in less important ideas that are floating around nbsp; Our Benefits Competitive compensation including equity in the company; Generous vacation days so you can rest and recharge; Health perks such as private healthcare or gym allowance depending on location; Flexible compensation plan to help you diversify and increase the net salary; Unforgettable TravelPerk events including travel to one of our hubs; A mental health support tool for your wellbeing; Exponential growth opportunities; VolunteerPerk 16 paid hours per year to volunteer for a cause of your choice Work from anywhere in the world allowance of 20 working days per year IRL English or Spanish Lessons are held in the Barcelona office
