Flight Itinerary (About The Role)
- We're seeking a Sales Executive in Europe to join the FLYR team. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned enterprise SaaS sales professional, able to attract and close new customers effectively.
- The selected individual will follow an outcome-based selling approach and should have a profound understanding of customers' business requirements.
- They will excel in translating customer outcomes into FLYR's solutions, gaining support from CXO's, and nurturing business relationships.
- The Sales Executive will focus on European sales and report to FLYR's General Manager of EMEA.
What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
- Establish a deep understanding of customers' needs and FLYR offerings within three months of joining. Build a strong pipeline, secure support from decision-makers, and drive key opportunities forward.
- Deliver a professional sales experience through formal processes, follow-ups, and issue resolution. Create winning proposals in collaboration with internal teams and maintain CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing on demand generation tactics, including targeted campaigns and customer events for multi-year subscription sales.
- Attend industry events to represent FLYR and gather market insights.
- Work closely with senior leadership, product, marketing, customer success, AI, and finance teams.
What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with a strong track record in complex sales environments.
- Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills across various organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks, particularly in the European market.
- High ethical standards in line with FLYR's values.
- Proficiency in handling objections and reaching positive resolutions.
Optional Carry-On (Preferred Qualifications)
- Preferably experience in commercial functions at Airlines or Aviation organizations.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent are advantageous.
