Barcelona DC is a significant Coty Distribution Center that ships goods worldwide. We are currently seeking a Transport Coordinator to bring expertise and precision to the management, planning, and execution of a demanding Local and International loading plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transport planning, execution & follow-up across the globe, including root cause analysis & action planning.
- Coordination with DC operations to optimize loading efficiency.
- Carrier management (e.g., KPI control, action planning, and follow-up).
- Coordination with GTM organizations to meet customer transport requirements.
- Control and monitoring of expected transport costs.
- Supporting Transport RCCP Process.
- Leading Transport Coordination meetings and resolving issues.
- Reporting and utilizing different transport management systems.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
- Industrial engineering degree with a keen interest in Supply Chain.
- Ability to collaborate with global organizations and strong communication skills.
- Experience in managing transport execution processes.
- Experience in KPI reporting and follow-up.
- Experience in cost and process improvement processes.
- Fluency in written and oral English and Spanish.
- Commercial awareness and significant GTM experience.
- Advanced SAP knowledge.
- Service Provider Governance experience.
- Team management and leadership in smaller projects.
