Coordinar con diferentes stakeholders para comprender sus necesidades y traducirlas en un plan de proyecto claro y alcanzable.
Desarrollar y mantener la planificación del proyecto, definiendo la hoja de ruta y los hitos clave en función de los objetivos y prioridades del negocio y del producto.
Gestionar el ciclo de vida del proyecto y del producto, asegurando la entrega de los entregables a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto, roadmap y con la calidad acordada.
Monitorear el progreso del proyecto mediante la utilización de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y análisis de desempeño, y hacer ajustes en la planificación cuando sea necesario.
Supervisar la ejecución de las fases del proyecto (análisis, planificación, ejecución, monitoreo y cierre), asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad.
Desarrollar y gestionar planes de trabajo detallados, cronogramas y asignaciones de tareas para el equipo de proyecto.Realizar presentaciones regulares del estado del proyecto a los stakeholders y proporcionar formación y soporte continuo.
Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y planificación del proyecto, así como en sesiones de revisión para evaluar el avance y resolver problemas.
Asegurar la correcta alineación de los recursos y esfuerzos del proyecto con la estrategia y objetivos organizacionales.Equilibrar de forma eficaz las restricciones del proyecto: tiempo, alcance, y presupuesto, para optimizar la entrega y el valor para el negocio.
¿Qué valoramos para esta posición?
Formación técnica/universitaria y 3-5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos en entornos Agile.
Experiencia como Project Manager/Scrum Master con un enfoque en la entrega de proyectos de software y soluciones tecnológicas.
Conocimiento en la gestión de proyectos en contextos tecnológicos, incluyendo el uso de frameworks Agile y metodologías de desarrollo iterativo.
Habilidad para coordinar y comunicar efectivamente con equipos de desarrollo y stakeholders no técnicos.Experiencia demostrable en la entrega exitosa de proyectos de software, desde la planificación hasta el cierre.
Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de proyectos, como JIRA, Trello, o Microsoft Project, y en la utilización de metodologías Agile.
Muy valorable experiencia con frameworks de gestión Agile, como SAFe o equivalente.Interés en la optimización de recursos y la eficiencia de los proyectos, y en cómo las decisiones impactan el presupuesto, roadmap y los plazos de entrega.
Deseable experiencia en técnicas de análisis y benchmarking para evaluar el desempeño del proyecto y las mejores prácticas del sector.
