Account Executive with German

Our client provides a Sales platform and personalized consulting to help their clients build their sales strategy, client base, and revenue to ensure their growth.
They are looking for a hands-on Account Executive, based in Barcelona, to be responsible for the full sales cycle in the DACH market, and take sales to new heights.
Tasks
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline, from cold prospecting to closing deals
- Sell expensive deals to leading B2B companies (software startups, consulting, and technology companies) in the DACH region
- Build and manage effective relationships with decisionmakers
- Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides, in order to achieve mutually beneficial longterm objectives and goals
- Up
- Track your performance against KPIs in order to consistently understand your contribution to the team and possible improvements
- Contribute to companywide objectives and the development of a fastgrowing startup
Requirements:
- Native or full professional level German (C1 level can also be considered)
- Full professional level of English
- Minimum of 1 year in B2B sales
- Experience in a dynamic startup, agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS)
- Ability to communicate and influence with Clevels, entrepreneurs, and executives
- Comfortable and flexible in a fastchanging environment
- Ambitious, clientfocused, selfmotivated, with excellent communications and multitasking skills
- Resilient and proactive with a lot of enthusiasm for sales and always looking to go the extra mile
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, proactive attitude, and eager to take ownership and make a real impact
