En la unidad de Diagnóstico, nos enfocamos en garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y regulación en áreas como distribución, servicio técnico y comercial, buscando mejorar la efectividad de los procesos y alinearnos con los objetivos empresariales. Actualmente buscamos un/a especialista en calidad post-venta para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Implementar y mantener el sistema de calidad post-venta, abarcando procesos como Servicio Técnico Comercial (CTS), Sistema de Gestión Empresarial (BMS) y Cadena de Suministro (SC). Esto implica gestionar procedimientos, registros asociados y proponer acciones para alinearlos con los objetivos de negocio, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y regulación correspondientes.
- Supervisar las actividades de distribuidores y proveedores de servicios, asegurando su calificación.
- Controlar y contribuir a la identificación y seguimiento de no conformidades, así como a la implementación de acciones correctivas, preventivas y de mejora. Verificar la efectividad y cierre de las acciones tomadas.
- Preparar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento del sistema de calidad post-venta, incluyendo indicadores clave (KPIs).
- Realizar auditorías internas y participar en las externas.
Perfil del candidato/a:
Para tener éxito en este puesto, es fundamental contar con habilidades para cumplir satisfactoriamente con las responsabilidades. Los requisitos mencionados a continuación reflejan los conocimientos, habilidades y experiencia necesarios. Se considerarán adaptaciones para personas con diversidad funcional a fin de facilitar la realización de las tareas.
- Formación en áreas como ingeniería, biotecnología u afines.
- Al menos dos años de experiencia en el sector farmacéutico o de dispositivos médicos, preferiblemente en áreas relacionadas con calidad y post-venta (por ejemplo, cadena de suministro o servicio técnico).
- Conocimiento de normativas como ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IVDR y FDA.
- Habilidad analítica, resolutiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Familiaridad con sistemas informáticos de gestión como SAP (ERP), ServiceMax (CRM) y LSQM (gestión documental).
- Manejo de herramientas como Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés, mínimo B2.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
