We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in the Barcelona area to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze new product specifications to ensure compliance with quality regulations.
  2. Prepare and verify approval reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Ensure that all quality processes are in place and functioning effectively.
  4. Prepare technical documentation, including manuals and management guidelines.
  5. Coordinate the realization and implementation of the FMEA process to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  6. Conduct problem analysis and propose improvements to enhance product quality.
  7. Analyze and manage claims of purchased parts to ensure timely resolution.
  8. Follow up on action plans derived from corrective measures to be implemented in purchased parts.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Ability to solve problems using quality tools and techniques.
  2. Experience in the automotive sector, with a focus on quality regulations and part manufacturing processes.
  3. FMEA and control plan knowledge to ensure effective quality management.
  4. Problem Solving Techniques, including 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Pareto analysis.
  5. Compliance with ISO 9001 regulations and IATF 16949 standards.
  6. Knowledge of 8D methodology to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Proficiency in English (B2 level) and German (desirable).
