Este no es el típico empleo comercial ya que la relación directa con nuestros clientes constituye el pilar fundamental de nuestra estrategia.

¿En qué consiste la posición?
:


Como Técnico/a Comercial visitarás a nuestros clientes para averiguar cómo podemos ayudarles en sus obras, plantas industriales, almacenes y oficinas.


Tu labor consistirá en presentar y demostrar los productos más vanguardistas del sector y vender nuestro software de última generación, así como todos los servicios de la marca Hilti.

Nuestra venta es consultiva, no vendemos mediante la tradicional puerta fría.

Lo más importante es establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes y ayudarles a encontrar las soluciones más innovadoras y rentables para sus necesidades.

Requisitos:

  • Imprescindible Titulación universitaria en ramas técnicas: Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Mecánica, Arquitectura,... o similar
  • Imprescindible idioma Inglés B
  • Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Orientación al cliente.
  • Orientación a resultados, ambición y espíritu competitivo.
  • Se valorará experiência previa en ventas.


Nuestro equipo está formado por perfiles muy diversos, y muchos de nuestros managers y directores empezaron como Técnico Comercial sin experiência previa.


No importa si no has trabajado nunca en ventas o en el sector de la Construcción, en Hilti el éxito depende del trabajo en equipo y de las capacidades de cada uno con independencia del bagaje anterior.
