The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers.
As a Project Manager in the Finance team you will be in charge of:Manage some of the New MO-BO
Project Workstreams:
Manage and monitor the workstream calendar and execution. Scope, risk, communication and stakeholder management.
Act as a focal point and interface between Finance and IT, Product or other business or functional areas, to understand, define and document the Finance requirements for the different business projects.
Understand internal user requirements, coordinate and steer its execution within the MO-BO ProjectTrace and report project progress to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis, highlighting issues or delays, risks and mitigation actions.
Facilitate the participation of the Finance Key users, when appropriate, in the business acceptance testing for new deliverables and/or business new internal projects to be released, identifying and prioritizing bugs, in order to ensure that the business requirements have been met.
Take ownership on the MO-BO future AMS Service, acting as an eDo Service Manager.Be fully aware of standardized tools and template requirements and be a ̈go to ̈ person for feedback on the development of project/program management standardsManage several projects in parallel, reporting and escalating risks, impact and mitigation actions affecting any Finance process.

Here's what you need to succeed:
Proven 5 years' experience on project management within multinational environments for a mid to large size organization.
Proven experience with SAP/HANA Project implementationTravel & accommodation industry knowledgeDegree/professional qualification or equivalent work experience required.
Proficient in the use of planning tools, development of cross functional plansDemonstrate influencing skills to achieve solutions and dealing with challenging stakeholder situationsWhen faced with issues, apply lateral thinking and analyses available information to solve problems and engages with teams to resolveAbility to Influence partners and/or organizational leadership through effective listening and communication to accomplish program/project goals Ability to handle multiple high priority projects in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment.
Use a variety of communications methods to deliver information meaningful to the audienceand project needsTechnical background for understanding the Finance Function Strong analytical skills and experience of producing business requirements documentation. Fluent Spanish & English is a must.
Methodology:
PMI, Kanban, Scrum. PM Certification is a Plus.
