Job Description:
Alastin is one of the fastest growing Physician Dispensed brands in the US, with 12 international patents and more than 40 published clinical studies.
As a Head of International Alastin Education you will be responsible for ensuring International Markets are fully prepared for Alastin launch through scientific, messaging and product differentiation Education & Training.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with Head of Alastin International, International markets and US Education and Training team to ensure International new hire onboarding process is aligned and account managers are receiving thorough support- Responsible for the onboarding of field and corporate office new hires in international markets- Facilitates or co-facilitates New Hire Training Academy in markets or virtually on an as needed basis- Building off US best practices, in close collaboration with global and local marketing, clinical and regulatory team.
Skills & Qualifications- Solid background in Training & Education, ideally in Aesthetics or closed industries- Strong business/commercial acumen.- Effective coaching, training, and development skills.- Demonstrates strong presentation skills.- Experience with creating professional training & education content for both account facing and internal audiences.- Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills.
