About the Role

As the Head of Customer Education at Empresa Reconocida, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and development of our customer-facing education programs. This includes designing effective learning experiences, partnering with cross-functional teams to uncover customer needs, and selecting and implementing our learning technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of learning experts who design and deliver engaging and scalable learning experiences.
  • Partner with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product leadership to uncover customer needs and set priorities for the education program.
  • Select and drive implementation of our learning technology stack, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and credentialing software.
  • Evaluate and decide on a healthy mix of modalities and sources when it comes to creation and facilitation of learning materials and content.
  • Create a reporting and measurement framework to monitor the team's effectiveness and impact.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering product and industry-focused education programs for customers at scale in SaaS.
  • Expertise in adult learning techniques and technologies.
  • Track record of building and developing teams during a period of hyper growth.
  • Successful management of complex projects or programs with various stakeholders, requirements, and expectations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to translate findings into solutions and operationalize them.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with German and/or Spanish a plus.
