Job Description

MGID is a global native advertising platform that assists brands in reaching distinct local audiences on a large scale. Head of Publisher Success

As the Head of Publisher Success, your main responsibility will involve overseeing our international team of Publisher Success Managers. Your focus will revolve around nurturing customer relationships, endorsing and upselling MGID products, and boosting performance to increase profit margins. You will be in charge of team management, shaping publisher strategies, enhancing internal communication, negotiating with premium partners, increasing revenue, driving product adoption, and refining internal procedures.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for publisher success that aligns with MGID's overarching business objectives.
  • Team Management: Directly oversee three Team Leads, each managing a regional team of Success Managers. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless integration and implementation of publisher initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Supervise the establishment and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs to drive the development and execution of an upsell plan that maximizes revenue from existing publisher relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and uphold strong relationships with key publisher partners, comprehend their requirements, and offer customized solutions to drive mutual growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in account management, operational processes, and technology utilization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, utilize insights to drive innovation in publisher success strategies and practices.
Requirements - Who You Are:

Experience: 7+ years in publisher success, account management, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.

  • Global Perspective: Demonstrated experience in team management and achieving business success on a global scale, while understanding regional market dynamics.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Outstanding strategic planning and execution skills, capable of long-term thinking and implementing impactful initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in building relationships, influencing, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive decision-making and performance enhancements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, effectively conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the Native Advertising field.
  • Leadership experience in Publisher Success.
  • Project Management background.
