Ucademy está fundada por 3 ingenieros apasionados por la tecnología y la educación con varios proyectos emprendidos.
Hemos vivido de primera mano los errores que se cometen a la hora de enfrentarse a un examen y por eso sabemos qué es lo que necesita un estudiante cuando se prepara para la selectividad, una oposición o cualquier prueba oficial que suponga un nível alto de preparación.

head of customer success que lidere a todo el equipo de customer success en Ucademy.
Te imaginamos con buenas habilidades de comunicación y con capacidad para trabajar y motivar al equipo en un entorno con mucho dinamismo.
Funciones y responsabilidades
- Vas a desarrollar el roadmap para promover el valor de nuestro producto y lograr que la experiência de los alumnos en su estudio sea ameno, humano y exitoso.
- Definirás los siguientes pasos para este 2023, los objetivos del equipo (OKRs y KPIs) y lograr incrementar el NPS de nuestros alumnos.
- Serás el encargado de fortalecer la comunicación entre los equipos para que la experiência del alumno sea eficiente y lo mayor fluida posible.
- Construir una comunidad en donde nuestros alumnos se sientan escuchados, involucrados y felices por formar parte de Ucademy.
- Serás el líder del equipo de Customer Success asegurándote que todo el equipo reme en la misma dirección.
- Dar feedback al equipo en sesiones 1:1, formaciones, definir AORs y dar seguimiento del cumplimiento de objetivos para aumentar la productividad del equipo.
- Serás el responsable de diseñar estrategias y aportar soluciones de mejora continua con el fin de que no existan quejas ni preocupaciones de los alumnos.
- Refrescarnos con nuevas tecnologías para automatizar y agilizar nuestros procesos.
- En pocas palabras te vas a encargar de que junto a todo el equipo enamoremos a todos nuestros alumnos y construyamos una comunidad haciéndolos sentir participes

- Que te adaptes muy bien a los constantes cambios y tengas una alta capacidad en la toma de decisiones.
- Haber tenido experiência gestionando comunidades y creando sinergia entre los miembros.
- Que sepas lidiar con temas legales de términos y condiciones para solucionar cualquier posible problema con el cliente.
- Conocimiento de nuestros CRM (Hubspot)
