About the role:

The Client Success team in charge of client service and retention, not business growth or development. Associates have a set group of clients they partner with, ensuring each client gets more value than their investment in Gartner services. They identify clients' business priorities and find the best ways to support them using Gartner services.

What you will do:
  • Build, manage, and develop relationships with current clients, from senior C-level executives to junior professionals across various business areas and companies.
  • Meet and engage with clients regularly to understand their business priorities, suggesting actions that bring high value, client retention, and return on investment.
  • Introduce new clients to their Gartner services and capabilities.
  • Work with internal Gartner colleagues to enhance the value Gartner provides to clients.
What you will need:
  • 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience.
  • Strong skills in customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Swedish (Reading, Writing, Speaking) at a Business or Native level.
