About the role:
The Client Success team focuses on providing top-notch customer service and ensuring client retention. Associates work closely with a portfolio of clients to deliver exceptional value from Gartner services. They identify the client's key business priorities and strategize on the best ways to support them through the services they've invested in.

What you will do:
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with a diverse range of clients, from C-level executives to junior professionals, spanning different industries and companies
  • Engage with clients regularly to grasp their business goals, offer tailored recommendations to drive high value and enhance client satisfaction
  • Introduce new clients to their acquired Gartner services and capabilities
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to optimize the value Gartner provides to clients
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional or internship experience
  • Strong skills in customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing
  • Proficiency in English at a fluent or native level (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus
