Job Description: The role involves supporting country operations, ensuring teams meet client deadlines effectively.

  • Support Managers with accurate client engagement
  • Assist in Sales process and highlight concerns promptly
  • Lead projects to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide daily team support for successful payroll deliveries
  • Manage legislation changes and upskill the team
  • Resolve technical issues and report defects
  • Collaborate for automation and innovation initiatives
  • Ensure timely Year End processes
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Resolve client escalations and provide training
  • Adhere to security standards and maintain confidentiality
  • Effectively communicate with all levels
  • Participate in projects and contribute to team meetings
  • Be up to date with company announcements
  • Build relationships with all lines of businesses
  • 100% SLA attainment and focus on continuous improvement
  • Proactive problem-solving and taking ownership
  • Client-centric approach and adherence to global standards
