THE ROLE

The primary objective is to contribute to the team responsible for payroll support and execution, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. Your focus will be on payroll and/or customer services, with flexibility to provide support as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Managers in client engagement for accurate and timely information sharing. Support and guide implementations and go-lives. Provide daily operational support to ensure successful payroll delivery, overseeing the end-to-end process. Maintain the Client Solution workbook. Update, maintain, and enforce Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and process documentation. Ensure and approve System Maintenance Testing. Collaborate with client process leads to address gaps and maximize client satisfaction. Identify and resolve technical and functional issues, escalating them appropriately for resolution. Work on automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives with relevant teams. Manage legislative updates and upskill the team accordingly. Support Year-End processes. Identify potential upsell opportunities. Resolve client escalations, share learnings, and develop team members through training and coaching. Foster good relationships with internal stakeholders and maintain communication as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Meet all customer SLA agreements. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adherence to security and compliance procedures. Take ownership, solve problems, be client-centric, and work effectively in a global environment. Possess attention to detail and excellent Dutch and English communication skills. Be self-motivated, willing to learn, and have experience in Payroll administration.
