We are seeking a passionate HR and payroll enthusiast to support BPO HRSC in the Flanders/Wallonia region.
Job Description
- Supporting BPO HRSC Teams in Antwerp, Geel, Ghent, and Mont-Saint-Guibert.
- Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned clients.
- Guiding clients on payroll, personnel admin, legalities, and software applications.
- Building and maintaining client trust relationships.
- Identifying inefficiencies, proposing optimizations, and sharing best practices.
- Transferring knowledge and tasks within the team.
Profile: What We Need
- Relevant experience in payroll and HR.
- Proficiency in eBlox Payroll and familiarity with tools like Protime or SAP.
- Adaptability to diverse working practices and environments.
- Analytical skills and a passion for software applications.
- Flexibility, stress resilience, a customer-centric approach, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English or French and English.
- Positive, results-driven, and solution-focused mindset.
