Importante empresa del sector está buscando un/a Sales Support para el área Corporate, en la que se gestionan los seguros para empresas

Funciones:

  • Gestión administrativa y técnica de programas de seguros de empresas en colaboración con los Account Managers asignados a la cuenta, trabajando con los ramos de RC, vida, accidentes, asistencia en viajes, entre otros.
  • Gestión documental de pólizas (suplementos, certificados, renovaciones, regularizaciones, etc.), con tal de darle una gestión integral al cliente.
  • Registro y cumplimiento del programa de gestión (Elevia).
  • Cotización de riesgos de menor complejidad.
  • Interlocución con el cliente.

Se requiere:
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en las funciones indicadas. Conocimientos previos en sistemas de gestión de corredurías y herramientas Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Dominio del castellano y catalán. Se valorarán conocimientos de otros idiomas. Formación.
