You will be responsible for the successful introduction of a given product on the Czech market and for a comprehensive marketing management in course of the life cycle so that the product attains the planned profit, turnover, market share or other monitored parameter.


Main responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing related product market research, regular monitoring and analyzing the market environment (healthcare system, competition, trends, conditions of the environment ) and finding new business opportunities thereby ensuring growing profitability, turnover and market share of the given product.
  • Maintaining and building relationships with prominent professionals in the field, monitoring changes in registration, categorization and settlement of the given product, proposing adjustments in the price in the case of a change in the competitive environment with the goal of maximizing ROI, organization of product presentations at all important events for the medical public and ensuring coordination of activities in other departments taking part in the promotion of the product on the market, maximizing the sale, profit, market share and other important performance indicators over the course of the product's life cycle.
  • Significant participation in the shortterm and longterm process of product planning. Proposing targets and sales goals corresponding to the market assertiveness and marketing budget necessary to cover investments.
  • Training sales teams in product knowledge

What qualifications and competencies you should have

  • University education in the field of medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences or economics/ marketing
  • Knowledge of business processes in the pharmaceutical business management and marketing or promotion, at least 3 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing departments
  • Knowledge of English at the B2 level in all areas
