We are looking for a new colleague in the Program Management SWS (steering wheel systems) Department at our location in Vigo.
Your tasks:
- Lead and manage the project teams & main customer contact partner for the project during execution phases (from kick Off until closure)
- Support acquisition activities on a casebycase basis as agreed with program management lead.
- Responsible for preparing and rework the total project plan including time and budget planning, in accordance to ZF project management system (GDPEP)
- Responsible for meeting both customer and ZF milestones, Key Process Indicators (Profit, Quality, Time) and interacting with customer through specific interfaces
- Providing regular project status reports to customer and ZF management
Your profile:
- Engineering Degree or proven experience on automotive industry as Program Manager
- Competency in ZF product design fundamentals, automotive APQP processes, PPAP processes, manufacturing knowledge, and financial management basics
- Preferred PMPcertification through PMI, Prince 2 or Agile as well as ASPICE knowledge
- Good communication, leadership and teamwork skills, negotiation, problem solving abilities and a customer/stakeholder service orientation
- Fluent English level, other optional languagues (French, German) as a plus
