Para nuestro departamento de Ventas buscamos a un/a Mid Market Farmer - Zona Cataluña


La misión del puesto será desarrollar el negocio de Mid Market a partir de la fidelización e incremento de líneas en los clientes de este segmento.


Entre las funciones principales del puesto:

  • Planificar y ejecutar planes de acción orientados al cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y semanales acordados con su responsable, como parte de la estrategia de Mid-Market.
  • Establecer y ejecutar planes de fidelización de nuestros clientes a partir de:
  • Analizar cada cliente y establecer objetivosque permita desarrollar la cuenta.
  • Negociar acuerdos y aumentos de líneas paramaximizar el potencial de negocio.
  • Realizar visitas frecuentes
  • Desarrollar nuevo negocio en clientes existentes, a través de la penetración en nuevas líneas de producto o servicio, para aumentar el volumen de ventas y el margen de las cuentas asignadas.
  • Preparar y presentar propuestas de negocio a los clientes existentes, así como estudios de consumo para desarrollar relaciones comerciales de valor.
  • Realizar junto a las posiciones de Mid Market Hunter, el traspaso de la información de los nuevos clientes y la correcta implementación de sus cuentas.
  • Preparar la información y documentación referente a los clientes de Mid Market para asegurar la fiabilidad de los datos y el correcto reporte de la información.
  • Desarrollar y mantener una efectiva relación de trabajo con otros departamentos, para garantizar el mejor servicio al cliente y la máxima contribución al negocio.

Requisitos:

  • Valorable formación universitaria.
  • Aportar formación en técnicas de ventas, atención al cliente, negociación o similar.
  • Idiomas: castellano avanzado, valorable catalán avanzado
  • Nível de usuario avanzado del paquete Office (Si es interno, además SFM)
  • Experiência consolidada de al menos 3 años en desarrollo de negocio en clientes de características similares. Se valorará especialmente haber ocupado posiciones como Ejecutivo de Ventas o Key Account Manager en B2B.
  • Imprescindible carnet de conducir.
