Product Marketing Manager at a B2B Saas Start-up

The Project:
A new-age B2B SaaS company providing innovative solutions to reduce the frequency of cybercrimes and data breaches is in search of an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their Founding team.
The mission is to build a better internet where Good Data Brands can leverage their No-Code Policy Platform to build better, healthier relationships with digital consumers based on a policy of data transparency and trust.
The platform is being built alongside experts from leading European scale-ups, creating a melting pot of privacy, security and engineering heroes from across Europe.
Work hand-in-hand with an experienced, high-performing, international team focused on building a unique product that may soon have a direct impact on the evolution of the internet.

Your Mission:
- Build the marketing strategy Be able to wear your strategy hat as well as being handson on a daytoday basis.
- Drive the gotomarket strategy. Drive the development and execution of the gotomarket strategy for the product, services, and features across marketing channels.
- Take initiative. Own the marking initiatives to increase awareness and discoverability and consideration of the product.
- Hone the messaging. Develop value proposition and messaging frameworks, drive articulation of product positioning aligned to the organisation's key goals.
- Help build a product that customers love. Collaborate with product & engineering teams to identify needs and sharpen the product offerings based on the competitive landscape and feedback from consumers.
- Be a wellrounded marketer, able to roll up your sleeves and used to wearing multiple hats.
- 2+ years of product marketing experience at B2B SaaS startups, ideally with enterprisefocused products.
- Deep belief in the mission, passionate about privacy being a basic human right and that Good Data Brands build better relationships with their customers.
- Excellent writing skills for succinct messaging.
- Experience with B2B technology and deep tech.
- Have a growth mindset and believe that nothing is impossible.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
- Be productfocused with an ability to liaise privacy trends and requirements with technical solutions.
- Be humble, enthusiastic and eager to continue to learn and grow
