- Gestión y asesoramiento a clientes.
- Seguimiento de solicitudes de presupuesto, venta de billetes, gestión de reservas, creación de ofertas y atención al cliente.
- Garantizar la gestión operativa y personalizada de las solicitudes (aéreas, ferroviarias, automóviles, hoteles, etc.). Anticipar o resolver problemas y manejar reclamaciones.
- Gestionar la interfaz con proveedores.
- Identificar y proponer optimización de tarifas.
- Mantener la rapidez de respuesta y alto nivel de satisfacción de los viajeros.
Requisitos:
- Formación en Turismo, Ventas, Marketing o área relacionada.
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en un rol similar.
- Conocimientos de Amadeus.
- Se valorará positivamente el dominio de idiomas como inglés, francés u otros.
- Persona dinámica y trabajadora.
