Gerente de Contratos de Mantenimiento
OBJETIVO :
Gerenciar y asegurar que los talleres Integrados (WSI ́s), cuenten con todo lo necesario en cuanto a recursos humanos, administrativos, sistemas, materiales y abastecimiento de partes de refacción a almacenes para que coadyuven en asegurar la eficiencia en Operatividad en los contratos de mantenimiento.
Buscando y lograr la satisfacción de nuestros clientes en términos de cumplir con los objetivos de disponibilidad de los autobuses previamente acordado con ellos.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Participar en las actividades de mejora continua a través de los programas institucionales de Desarrollo Organizacional y VPS (Sistema de Producción de Volvo) con el fin de optimizar los recursos para conseguir beneficios e ingresos para el negocio, donde aplique.
- Los dueños, administradores y/o auditores de procesos deben cumplir las responsabilidades y autoridades indicadas en el sistema de gestión cuando aplique.
- Responsable de la comunicación directa con clientes en términos de asegurar las operaciones de mantenimiento y objetivos up time.
- Responsable del resultado operativo de contratos (Profit and Lost)
- Responsable de preparar presentaciones ejecutivas a la direccion de Servicios up time y General planta y clientes del desempeño de los servicios.
- Responsable por asegurar los recursos completos para la operación.
- Responsable de mantener inventarios sanos y eficientes.
- Responsable de alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos definidos para su labor.
- Asegura y da seguimiento continuo a la implementación de la cultura de Espíritu Volvo en todos los talleres de WSI ́s.
- Impulsar y controlar la implementación del uso de las herramientas del proceso en la parte operativa desde una Matriz dentro de los WSI ́s.
- Realiza estrategias y planes para aplicar dentro de cada uno de los procesos y herramientas del área de Uptime Services & Technical Support de los WSI ́s se lleven mediante la cultura Lean & Buses.· Asegura se cumplan lineamientos y provee los recursos necesarios para garantizar la seguridad del personal. Asi como garantizar la asignación y surtimiento del equipo de seguridad para los talleres de los WSI ́s.· Gestiona las estrategias de compra de refacciones, Estar en continua correlación para garantizar el arribo y surtimiento de los materiales solicitados para ser distribuidos a los talleres correspondientes en los WSI ́s· Gestiona y Gerencia las adquisiciones y cotizaciones para las diferentes actividades relacionadas con los requerimientos e inversiones, así como de la compra de los insumos para envió a los diferentes talleres de los WSI ́s· Comunicación continua con HRBp, para la aplicación administrativa de todo el personal a cargo, así como de los comunicados generales de la Cía. Hacia los talleres de los WSI y aseguramiento de la cultura de Espíritu Volvo.· Genera estrategias y Planes para lograr los objetivos financieros de los contratos de mantenimiento, Reportes ejecutivos de Costos y gastos del área. Autorización de la correcta designación de los materiales obsoletos.· Gestion y Gerenciamiento de equipamientos (Volvo Connect) así como de planificación y adquisición de refacciones via Road Choice y GTO· Solicitud y asignación de insumos y equipos de cómputo, telefonía móvil e infraestructura de red en cada uno de los WSI, así como en la Matriz. Solicitud y aplicación de programas y paqueterías para el uso dentro del área. Reportes de incidencias y solicitudes de los sistemas.· Solicitud de cotizaciones en Instalaciones para mejoras en infraestructura, materiales o herramienta para asegurar los requerimientos para los talleres de los WSI.
Escolaridad:
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Automotriz, Mecatrónica o Afin
Experiencia:
de 3 a 4 años en manejo control administrativo para el aseguramiento de recursos humanos y materiales y control de Almacenes e Inventarios, supervisión de Personal, Operatividad en la Industria Automotriz
