Position Overview

- Full time availability / temporary contract.
- Owner of the P&D Systems: Recruitment Tools, Workday, Ariba; maintain and update employee records and provide backend troubleshooting support for assigned client group for Iberia population.
- Provides recommendations and potential solutions to ongoing system support challenges that impact the business (Workday).
- Support and coordinate Talent Development processes and requirements. Ensure and delivery the Onboarding and induction for new hirings.
- Coordinate and support People & Development activities such us Annual Performance Management Process, Employee Survey, Annual Compensation exercise.
- Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters in accordance with Company policies, best practices and statutory requirements. This will include counsel and guidance on disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters.
- Content creation: Employee communications, PowerPoint and Excel document management.
- Accountable of the Health & Safety matters.
- Assist the People & Development Department in ad hoc projects and any other administration support needed.
- A passionate person about people with more than 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Master degree program or Bachelor in Human Resources or Labour Relations.
- Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Workday essential experience.
- Talent Acquisition processes experience.
- Welldeveloped written and verbal presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- English is a must. Other languages will be a plus.
