People Development Partner, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and elevate our global onboarding program, as well as some of our wider people development programs and processes to ensure we are setting Personio's up for success from day one.
_What are the most important duties of this role?_
- Lead and oversee global onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires across different locations
- Develop, implement and execute people development strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values
- Own the coordination, maintenance and continuous improvement of people development processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Partner with our Learning Experience and internal product team to optimize the tools and systems used from preboarding through to performance management to ensure a streamlined and optimal user experience
- Partner across each department with local enablement teams, leaders and business operations manages to ensure alignment between company and department level needs as well as efforts
- Stay uptodate with trends and advancements in onboarding and people development, and leverage this knowledge to enhance existing programs and process
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years in people development with strong understanding of global onboarding best practices and talent development strategies
- Experience scaling mentorship and peer learning programs is highly desirable
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and requirements, adjusting
- Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan,
deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
- A continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best
