The Team:
- You'll be part of our Engineering Operations Technical Program Management Team at Celonis Product and Engineering Organization, collaborating with a diverse team to drive Software Development Lifecycle Forums and strategic customer escalation projects.
The Role:
Join us at Celonis Engineering in Madrid, Spain as an SDLC Program Manager where you will lead the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) forums within the Product and Engineering (PnE) department. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth flow of features through the SDLC process with top-notch quality.
The work you'll do:
- Coordinate and drive SDLC reviews, collaborating with key stakeholders in PnE.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and enhance process efficiency through data-driven approaches.
- Establish metrics for SDLC ceremonies, promote effective teamwork, and drive collaboration across multiple groups.
The qualifications you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development or project/release management roles.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and solid project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
