In Eviden are looking for Chief technology innovation officer Profile, profile to lead the Innovation Hub of Madrid Digital, regional public administration As program manager of the innovation hub of the Comunidad de Madrid, manages and aligns the client's innovation programs in both the short and long term.

Skills:

- Experience driving change management and innovation for an organization

- Experience managment for new opportunities are identified

- Expereince as leadership in strategy and mission

- Experience as manager with bringing new products and innovation services that increase business value in public administrations

- Experience in the creation of a culture of innovation in companies, publica administrations, etc.

- Experience in Implementation enterprise-aligned innovation methods and digital technologies

- Innovation consultant with leadership skills

- Experience in designing and executing innovation workshops

- Experience in organizing internal client activities

- Experience in the execution of delivery projects in the role of innovation consultant or project manager.

- Necessary creative, dynamic person, with initiative, empathetic, organized and customer-oriented and driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Definition of the client's innovation program strategy, launching and implementing that strategy, supervising each project and initiative that is defined, aligned with the budgets of the Public Administration of Madrid.

- Management of the Madrid Digital innovation program, which main objective is to define the strategy and implement the innovation program, promote collaborative work and co-creation and, thus, respond to challenges that arise, with the Administration's partners and suppliers.

- Promote and coordinate "Digital Madrid" projects with a clear innovation component within the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Newspace, Cybersecurity and IoT, 5G and Cloud technologies to create intelligent systems and solutions that allow progress towards the society of the knowledge and creativity.

- Responsibility for working together with the Eviden and client project managers to manage innovation projects and align them with the objectives of the Community of Madrid.
