Job Description:

About the solution
Captana is a computer-vision based solution designed to help physical retail and brands better monitor shelves in real time.


Using wireless mini-cameras (ShelfEye), Captana helps you visualize in real time what your customers see in the store, in the cloud and at any time.


Solution that allows our customers to:

  • Get realtime information about your shelves
  • Improve onshelf availability
  • Obtain actionable information and data (stockouts, sales slowdown, etc.)

What You Will Be Doing?
Reporting directly to the COO, you will be a specialist of our computer vision solution Captana. You will be the dedicated pre-sales contact for our current and potential customers in Iberia area.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Present the solution and its advantages to our customers (store managers etc.) through frequent visits to stores, presentation in our showroom, product demonstrations, etc.
  • Participate in the formalization of deployment offers and responses to RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with the sales, project and product teams
  • Guide and advise our customers in their decision and in the installation schedule of the solution
  • Ensure the implementation of the solution at our customers in collaboration with our technical and project teams
  • Provide feedback to the R&D teams dedicated to the solution to guide them in the development of new features (incidents, improvements, etc.)
  • Improve the business development and sales strategy of the solution thanks to customer feedback (business case, ROI, etc.)

Qualifications:


Graduated in marketing/commerce, you want to work in a position with a direct relationship with the customer as a specialist of a high value-added technological solution.

You have ideally already worked in the retail sector.


You have a strong interest and experience for new technologies and want to grow in an international group, on a human scale, leader on its market and in full growth.


As a true conductor, you are responsible for the daily progress of the mission and therefore directly responsible for customer satisfaction.


Organized, tenacious, efficient and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are a quick learner and want to take responsibility for your work.

You are willing to take responsibility in a demanding and ambitious company.

Partial remote in the HQ
