Reportando a la Supervisora de zona, la misión del Beauty Consultant será aconsejar y vender los productos de BENEFIT así como realizar nuestro diseño de cejas, con el fin de lograr los objetivos establecidos en el centro.

Como embajador/a de la marca, tu responsabilidad será transmitir los valores de BENEFIT a tus clientes.

  • Conocer profundamente las características de los productos BENEFIT
  • Aconsejar y vender los productos
  • Seguimiento y cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta y de imagen marcados por la central
  • Realizar y fomentar los servicios de cejas y depilación facial solicitados por los clientes
  • Incrementar la fidelización y el conocimiento de la marca entre los consumidores
  • Mantenimiento de la imagen de la marca según las directrices establecidas por el Departamento de Marketing (lineales, merchandising, PLV) al igual que su propia imagen personal
  • Mantenimiento de una buena relación con la Dirección del Centro
  • Seguimiento de la competencia (acciones especiales, lanzamientos, etc.)
  • Control del stock de tu stand para lograr una rotación óptima y realización de los pedidos quincenales de producto
Deseable titulación en Estética/Maquillaje/Imagen PersonalExperiencia en venta al público mínima de un año. Deseable experiencia en el sector de perfumería y cosmética y en depilación con cera.
Disponibilidad completaContrato temporal durante la temporada de verano.
Salario base + incentivos.35 horas/semana.
