OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO

Implementar el plan de marketing anual propuesto (lanzamientos, promociones, campañas publicitarias, seminarios, eventos especiales y/o actividades de formación especiales o adicionales) en línea con los objetivos del holding y reportando al Country Marketing Manager.


PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
Supervisar el presupuesto anual de marketing asignado a su área terapéutica/marca, y monitorizar cualquier desviación.

Supervisar y coordinar la creación de los materiales de marketing necesarios para poner en marcha las iniciativas previstas en el plan, con el fin de permitir que el proyecto se entregue en los plazos establecidos.

Contribuir a la definición de planes de desarrollo a corto plazo. Analizar los datos de mercado de IQVIA y crear informes sobre los mercados de referencia. Compartir periódicamente los datos y análisis de marketing con Dirección. Apoyar al departamento de ventas en la definición de campañas promocionales periódicas y en el seguimiento de los resultados. Contribuir a la definición de previsiones de ventas anuales y periódicas para las marcas/áreas terapéuticas asignadas. Presentar iniciativas de sondeo y nuevos productos a la fuerza de ventas en reuniones trimestrales.

Mantener una comunicación eficaz para garantizar que todas las partes implicadas están informadas de los avances en los proyectos activos.

Mantener informado al Country Marketing Manager de cualquier necesidad específica del mercado de referencia. Coordinar las actividades de marketing a todos los niveles. Crear, traducir y editar material y textos de apoyo a la red de ventas.
