Featuring a wholly original Bond story, players will step into the shoes of the world's favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.
Glacier, our state-of-the-art engine technology, is part of our success as a studio.Built around visual scripting and hot-reloading to enable completely data-driven WYSIWYG game development, our game development engine was designed from the ground-up to enable faster iterations on content creation, tweaking and debugging.
This has been achieved through a highly optimized Runtime Resource System, a powerful Live Editor and an on-demand Asset Pipeline.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with key team members in the creation and lighting of ingame environments and characters.
- Work with art directors and concept artists to translate concepts and moods, realizing the intended lighting of environments and characters inside our propriety game engine.
- Ensure that the lighting is coherent throughout the game experience and guides the player wherever needed.
- Add final lightingrelated polish to already existing graphics (e.g. by tweaking shaders and textures)
- Optimize lighting of game environments for required performance
- Work with programmers and technical artists in R&D to develop new features
- Fix lighting related bugs
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience and a portfolio demonstrating lighting and postprocessing effects in game environments.
- Experience optimizing lighting for different platforms and fixing bugs.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and push boundaries in the industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team member.
- Proficiency in and knowledge of lighting, shading, and color theory.
